ICC deals with complaints received from staff members and students. Based on the complaints, ICC carries out an enquiry, attempts to resolve the problem through counselling, recommends appropriate punitive action against perpetrators to the competent authority and provides assistance to the victims. The issues are dealt with diligence and with due confidentiality.

Celebrates International Women's Day every year and on this occasion relavant programmes such as lectures by women role models, debates and discussion etc are organized.
Actively involved in facilitating setting up of women oriented health check-ups especially pre-cancer check-ups, ultrasound scan etc, in addition to the routine health check-up.
